Important Note to Hospitals: The Courtesy Data Review Period closed on April 8, 2013. The Data Review Website has been refreshed to reflect corrections to source data that we received during the Courtesy Data Review Period.
Hospitals are able to view their source data, including any corrections that were received during the data review period, and their updated numerical score. As a reminder, the numerical safety score previewed during the Courtesy Data Review period has been updated for all hospitals based on corrections that occurred during the review period that impact the means, standard deviations, and weights for all measures. Leapfrog will establish grade letter thresholds based on these final numerical safety scores. More information is available once you log in.
