The Leapfrog Group and Bridges to Excellence work in partnership to leverage each organization’s core strengths in the development and implementation of health care provider reward programs. Leapfrog has expertise in standardized health care performance measures and public reporting that contributes to designing reward programs. Bridges to Excellence brings its operational expertise to the implementation of programs to reward health care providers for improvements in quality. For example, Bridges to Excellence’s Physician Office Link module uses Leapfrog’s physician office decision support leap as one part of the program.
