Data Results: Program Reports
Health plan licensees receive several program reports from The Leapfrog Group to display program uptake and program results:
- Hospital Participation Report
This report displays information about hospital participation rates for the Leapfrog Hospital Survey. Health plan licensees can use this information to contact targeted hospitals about completing the survey and to thank hospitals that have already submitted the survey.
- Hospital Performance Report
This report provides an in-depth look at hospitals’ individual performance results for each section of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey. The Hospital Performance Report also displays each hospital’s quality score, resource utilization score, and overall efficiency score. Health plan licensees can use this information to determine or alter performance benchmarks, evaluate hospital performance results, establish Attainment and Improvement categories, and determine recognition and rewards levels. - Aggregate Market Performance Report
This report combines the individual Hospital Performance Reports into an aggregate, market-wide report that displays hospitals’ performance results in comparison to statewide and nationwide hospital performance. Health plan licensees can use this information to further customize program aspects such as eligibility criteria for performance categories, minimum performance benchmarks, and performance reward options.
