LHRP Reports
LHRP reports were designed by The Leapfrog Group for hospitals, purchasers, health plans, and other health care stakeholders to inform quality improvement initiatives and provide benchmarking on national patient safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
LHRP reports illustrate how hospitals compare to state and national averages on Leapfrog's set of 20+ national standards. The reports utilize data collected from the 2011 Leapfrog Hospital Survey. In 2011, over 1,100 hospitals from 43 states particpated in the survey.

Leapfrog Hospital Recognition Program Reports
2011 Summary Report
Cost: Free to all hospitals who completed the 2011 Leapfrog Hospital Survey
Contents: Includes composite quality, resource use, and efficiency scores; a scatter graph that illustrates how the hospital compares to others in the same state and across the country on quality and resource use; and a national decile ranking based on the hospital's efficiency score.

2011 Standard Report
Cost: $1250 per hospital
Contents: Includes individual scores for each of the 20+ national safety, quality, and efficiency standards; comparison of hospital scores against state and national averages; 2011 LHRP Scoring Methodology; a PowerPoint presentation that includes information on The Leapfrog Group, the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, the LHRP Scoring Methodolgy, and individual hospital results; and a 30-min technical assistance call.

2011 Custom Report
Cost: $1500 per hospital
Contents: Includes individual scores for each of the 20+ national safety, quality, and efficiency standards; comparison of hospital scores against standard against state and national averages; comparison of hospital scores against a custom hospital cohort (2011 LHRP Scoring Methodology; a PowerPoint presentation that includes information on The Leapfrog Group, The Leapfrog Hospital Survey, The LHRP Scoring Methodolgy, and individual hospital results; and a 30-min technical assistance call.
