LHRP Reports
Leapfrog Hospital Recognition Program (LHRP) Reports are available for every hospital that participated in The 2009 Leapfrog Hospital Survey.
LHRP reports were designed by The Leapfrog Group for hospitals, purchasers, health plans, and other health care stakeholders to inform quality improvement initiatives and provide benchmakring on national patient safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
LHRP reports illustrate how hospitals compare to state and national averages on Leapfrog's set of 20+ national standards. The reports utlitze data collected from The 2009 Leapfrog Hospital Survey from over 1,200 hospitals in 44 states.

Summary Report
Cost: Free to all hospitals who completed The 2009 Leapfrog Hospital Survey
Contents: Includes composite quality, resource use, and efficiency scores; a scatter graph that illustrates how the hospital compares to others in the same state and across the country on quality and resource use; and a national decile ranking based on the hospital's efficiency score.

Ordering Instructions: Summary Reports were mailed to hospital CEOs in October.
Standard Report
Cost: $1250 per hospital
Contents: Includes individual scores for each of the 20+ national safety, quality, and efficiency standards; comparison of hospital scores against state and national averages; 2009 LHRP Scoring Methodology; 2008 vs 2009 LHRP Standard Weight Changes; a PowerPoint presentation that includes information on The Leapfrog Group, The Leapfrog Hospital Survey, The LHRP Scoring Methodolgy, and individual hospital results; and a 30-min technical assistance call.

Custom Report
Cost: $1500 per hospital
Contents: Includes individual scores for each of the 20+ national safety, quality, and efficiency standards; comparison of hospital scores against standard against state and national averages; comparison of hosital scores against a custom hospital cohort (2009 LHRP Scoring Methodology; 2008 vs 2009 LHRP Standard Weight Changes; a PowerPoint presentation that includes information on The Leapfrog Group, The Leapfrog Hospital Survey, The LHRP Scoring Methodolgy, and individual hospital results; and a 30-min technical assistance call.
