October 31, 2005 Survey Results Leapfrog is pleased to report that as of October 31, 2005, 1186 hospital surveys have been submitted. This exceeds the total amount of surveys submitted last year by 7%. 952 hospitals targeted by our Regional Roll Out Implementation leaders have reported and this number exceeds the total of targeted hospitals reporting last year by 11%. There are still close to 4 months before the close of Survey Cycle v. 3.1. Leapfrog thanks the hospitals who have reported and encourages those who have not to submit their completed surveys promptly.
