2006 Leapfrog Hospital Safety and Quality Survey Launched The 2006 Leapfrog Hospital Safety and Quality Survey is now available online for hospitals to complete. Hospitals are required to "refresh" the time-sensitive questions, review commitments, and update any other improvements or changes. Before entering the new data, hospitals should print a copy of their answers from the 2005 survey. The deadline for the first public report of this new data is June 30, 2006.
