The scoring algorithms document contains important information about how your responses to each section of the Survey are scored and publicly reported. The document includes cut-points for process and outcome measures, as well as scoring details and criteria for each of Leapfrog's performance categories (e.g., Achieved the Standard, Considerable Achievement, Some Achievement, Limited Achievement, etc.).
Any changes to the 2024 Leapfrog ASC Survey Scoring Algorithms that are published after April 1 will be listed here.
ASC Details Page
On July 12, the ASC Details Page will be updated to display 2024 Leapfrog ASC Survey Results for ASCs that submitted a 2024 Survey by the June 30 Submission Deadline. See ASC Details Page for more information.
Leapfrog ASC Survey Results
2024 Leapfrog ASC Survey Results will be published on July 25 for ASCs that submitted a Survey by the June 30 Submission Deadline. After July, Survey Results will be refreshed within the first 5 business days of each month to reflect Surveys submitted or re-submitted between July 1 and November 30, and previously submitted Surveys that are corrected by January 31. Survey Results are then frozen from February to July 25.
