In our complex healthcare systems, patients interact with a multitude of touchpoints along the healthcare continuum, and they possess the only first-hand knowledge of the experience of care being delivered to them. Consequently, their voice can be one of the best sources of information healthcare organizations can use to improve quality and safety.

With an ever-growing body of evidence that demonstrates the connection between positive elements of patient experience and both process of care measures and healthcare outcomes, patient experience has become integral and fundamental in the evaluation of the safe quality care being delivered today.

This webinar highlights those connections and discusses ways healthcare organizations can embrace patient experience to improve the care they deliver.
