General Help Desk Information
If you have any questions regarding the Survey, need general assistance, or would like to submit feedback on the new ASC Survey, Leapfrog offers an electronic Help Desk. ASCs can submit a Help Desk ticket to ask questions or request a 1:1 orientation or technical assistance call.
The Help Desk is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET on all regular business days. The Help Desk is not staffed on federal holidays. Help Desk tickets are responded to within 1-2 business days. ASCs should plan ahead to ensure they have a security code and are able to access the Survey well in advance of any Survey deadlines.
