Technical Assistance Calls

In addition to the support provided on Leapfrog’s Help Desk and in the Town Hall Calls, Leapfrog will provide several pre-recorded technical assistance presentations and demonstrations of a technical topic, such as navigating the Online ASC Survey Tool. Leapfrog is also happy to offer Technical Assistance Calls to facilities completing a Leapfrog ASC Survey and answer any additional questions sent to our Help Desk.

How to Get a Security Code and Joining Leapfrog's NHSN Group for ASCs

This technical assistance presentation will show ASCs how to request a Security Code for their facility and Join Leapfrog’s NHSN Group for ASCs. 

 

Navigating Leapfrog's ASC Website & Materials 

This technical assistance presentation will show ASCs where to find materials and important information on Leapfrog's website (www.leapfroggroup.org/asc) and will review how content is organized in the 2020 Leapfrog ASC Survey. 

 

How to Use the Online ASC Survey Tool 

This technical assistance presentation will include a demonstration of Leapfrog’s Online ASC Survey Tool. The demo will show how to complete, affirm, and submit a Survey, as well as how to correct and resubmit previously submitted Surveys. 

 

Responding to Data Review Messages and the Leapfrog Help Desk 

This technical assistance presentation will review how to review data and respond to monthly Data Review Messages and how to submit a ticket to Leapfrog’s Help Desk (https://leapfroghelpdesk.zendesk.com). 

 

Scoring and Public Reporting of Leapfrog ASC Survey Responses 

This technical assistance presentation will review how Leapfrog scores and publicly reports Leapfrog ASC Survey Results. The demo will cover the ASC Details Pages as well as Leapfrog’s public reporting website.
